JAN 25 2021 ALL SHIPPING CARRIERS RAISED THEIR PRICES AGAIN.

Unfortunately, I needed to adjust shipping prices to accommodate this. I do my best to offer the lowest shipping prices possible .

We ship every day Monday - Friday. We pack our prims with pride and great care so they arrive in excellent condition. We use USPS as our shipping carrier unless otherwise noted. Shipping times are quoted at time of purchase. PLEASE be mindful of this. I do my best to ship as quick as possible.

Unfortunately, one of the many side effects of Covid is the availability and shipping of goods.

I have posted extended handling times due to this. Most times however, I am able to ship before time quoted. Thank you for your continued support and patience.

If by some reason your prim arrives damaged, please keep original packaging and contact me.

Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund . Returns must be pre-authorized.Buyer pays for return shipping costs.

As we are always looking for ways to improve our product line, it would be most helpful to us if you would provide a brief explanation as to the nature of your dissatisfaction.

In all cases of returns, merchandise must be in new, resellable condition (in the original packaging, with all inserts included in the packaging, tags/stickers still attached, etc).

We will inspect it and then issue a refund or exchange if these terms have been met. Once we have received your return, and have examined it and verified that the return conditions have been met, we will issue your credit.

Any items not in the correct packaging or in new condition as described above will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
