  • We currently ship within the United States — and we’re excited to now offer international shipping to select countries!

  • We partner with FedEx, USPS, and UPS to bring you a range of shipping options and competitive rates based on real-time quotes.

Handling Time:

  • Standard Handling Time: Most items ship within 3-7 business days.
  • Special Handling: Certain items, such as Byers Choice products, ship within 10 business days due to additional processing time.

Shipping Time:

  • Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 1-3 weeks, depending on carrier and destination.

Shipping Charges:

  • Real-Time Rates: We offer real-time shipping rates from FedEx, USPS, and UPS based on the size and weight of your items at checkout.
  • Free Shipping Eligibility: While we occasionally offer free shipping promotions (U.S. only), please note that not all items are eligible. Shipping fees apply only to items that do not qualify for free shipping.

Important Reminders:

  1. Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
  2. Returned Shipments: If your order is marked "Return to Sender" by the carrier, additional fees may apply to re-ship the order.
  3. Insurance:  For high-value items, we highly recommend purchasing additional insurance to safeguard against any shipping-related damage. We are not liable for damage to uninsured packages.
  4. Damage Due to Temperature: We are not responsible for any damages that may occur to products due to extreme temperatures during transit.

  5. Due to variations in monitor and device settings (such as brightness, contrast, and saturation), there may be a slight discrepancy in color representation between what is displayed on the website and the final product.

  6. Sale Discounts can not be applied to previous orders. To receive discounts, coupon must be applied at time of purchase.Sale prices may not apply to all items. We reserve the right to determine what is eligible for sale discounts.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Claims: In the event of lost or damaged items, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will gladly provide proof of shipment and any necessary documentation to assist with your claim. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS. USPS will require the item (items) to be present at local post office for inspection.

Cancellations:

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days after placing your order. Please be advised that upon receipt of an order, it is promptly dispatched to shipping. While we try to accommodate all cancellations, it is not always possible. However, please note that orders marked as Pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed.

Pre-Orders:

  • What’s a Pre-Order? When you place a pre-order, it means the item is on its way to us and will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives.
  • Non-Cancelable: Pre-orders cannot be canceled, as inventory is ordered specifically for each buyer.

  • Free Shipping Promos: Free shipping promotions apply to U.S. orders only. While we’d love to extend this globally, international shipping rates vary and are not eligible for free shipping at this time. Thanks for understanding!

  • Customs Fees: International customers are responsible for any VAT, customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are separate from your order total and are typically collected upon delivery.

  • Shipping Times: International orders may take 2–4 weeks (or longer, depending on customs clearance) to arrive.

  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for customs delays or packages returned due to unpaid fees.

  • Hawaii and Alaska: Currently, we are unable to offer free shipping to this locations.
