This Privacy Policy describes how The Primitive Pineapple Collection ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit primitivepineapplecollection.com (the "Site") or make a purchase from us.

  • Email marketing. We use Klaviyo to send our newsletter and promotions if you've subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, such as Google and Microsoft, help us understand how customers find and use our Site and show you relevant ads (see "Advertising" below).
  • Shipping carriers (FedEx, USPS, and UPS) receive your name and shipping address to deliver your order.
  • Sales channels. If you purchase from us through a marketplace such as eBay, that marketplace's own privacy policy also applies to your purchase.

We may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we retain your order information for our records. Because order and transaction records are needed for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and other legal purposes (and are maintained by our platform provider, Shopify), information associated with past orders cannot be fully deleted. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will remove or anonymize everything we can — such as marketing profiles and email subscriptions — and retain only what we are required or permitted to keep by law.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.
